permanent clear varnish that cures at room temperature for the hydrophobic, oleophobic and scratch-resistant coating of smooth, non-porous surfaces such as car paint, painted plastic surfaces, metal surfaces and ceramic surfaces (please check material compatibility on one area beforehand) in order to reduce the adhesion of dirt for indoor and outdoor use (easy to clean and anti-graffiti effect).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fad82f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fad82f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" application. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.\nIt is applied in three steps:\n<ul>1. Clean<\/ul>\n<ul>2. Coat<\/ul>\n<ul>3. Dry\/cure<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3347044 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3347044\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Clean<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b037c3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b037c3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The surface\/substrate must be dry, dirt-free and free of oil or grease. As a final step, we recommend cleaning with isopropanol or n-butyl acetate to ensure that no water remains on the surface (check material compatibility).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cf1e06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2cf1e06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Coating\/impregnation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f3c373 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f3c373\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Only process at a temperature of between 5\u00b0C and 30\u00b0C and with a maximum relative ambient humidity of 80%. Ideally, the product should be applied using a spraying process (e.g. with a SATA minijet HVLP, 2-3 bar, 0.8 mm nozzle). When applied with a pump spray atomiser, a cloth (e.g. microfibre cloth) must be used immediately to rub\/polish the surface and distribute the coating.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65eec7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"65eec7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Dry\/cure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96701e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"96701e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After the application of ESR, the coating is dust-dry after around 60 min. To achieve the required properties, the following times must be observed: 8-12 hours at 25\u00b0C, 2-3 hours at 60-80\u00b0C, 1-1.5 hours at 120-180\u00b0C. A curing temperature of more than 200\u00b0C for more than 30 minutes should be avoided. If curing at 25\u00b0C, the coating should not be subjected to mechanical stress for at least 7 days (e.g. car wash). If a temperature &gt; 80\u00b0C is used, final stability is already achieved once it has cooled down.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17b9ecc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"17b9ecc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Storage<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94f611e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94f611e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>12 months in the original container (10\u00b0C \u2013 25\u00b0C, protect against sunlight and frost, always keep the container closed.
